• By registering your Audio Video Recruitment Profile (AVRP) with SYR you are giving authorization for contact directly by potential employers. The aim of SYR is to create direct communication between potential candidate and potential employer. SYR accepts no responsibility or liability for any contact at any stage or content of any communication therein between candidate and employer.

SECURITY & PASSWORDS

• Registration with this site is done so using a user name and password. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of the password. This should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any person. You must notify us immediately if you believe that your password is compromised and known to someone else or is being used, or could be used in any unauthorized way. We accept no liability or responsibility for any unauthorized or improper use or disclosure of any password.

INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY YOU

• By placing your information on this site you are allowing without limitation all data pertaining to your registration form and your audio video, without limitation sensitive personal data, to be viewed by all registered employers pertaining to your business categories chosen. You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to this site. You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines or codes of practice or the copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights of any person in any jurisdiction. We collect information and statistics combined about all visitors to this Site which may include the information supplied by you which will help us to understand our users as a group therefore provide a better recruitment service. We will not disclose individual names or identifying information as this data will be in the collective form only, however, you do consent to us using the information provided by you, including without limitation sensitive personal information and sharing with selected third parties.

• We will be using, storing and processing information, including without limitation, sensitive personal data supplied by you to aid the recruitment process and making this available online to prospective employers. The aforementioned using, storing and processing will be inline with UK Data Protection legislation.

• By registering your information you consent to the transfer of such information provided on your AVRP globally and across all international economic areas by SYR.

• By registering with SYR you accept that any employer from whom you either presently or previously receive or received salaried employment, may view the details that you provided us to include on the Global Personnel Library. SYR accepts no responsibility or liability, including without limitation, any loss of any kind that may result from said employers viewing the information provided by you.

• All Audio Video Recruitment Profiles (AVRP) submissions and other personal details must be provided by individuals over 13 years of age.

• Candidates retain the ownership rights of their AVRP submissions but by submission grant SYR and other authorised website users, limited licence rights. These rights include a world-wide, non exclusive, royalty free, licence with rights to use, display and perform all included in the candidate submission, in conjunction with the provision  of the recruitment services provided by SYR.  It remains the sole responsibility of the candidate for any breach of the obligations under the terms and conditions and for the consequences,  including those incurred by SYR, for such a breach.

YOUR USE OF THIS SITE INCLUDING RESTRICTIONS & TERMINATION

• You will not use this site for any unlawful purposes other than for the purpose of recruitment. You will not interfere with or seek to undermine or interfere with the operation of this site or which, alters or deletes any information over which you have no authority. You will not post or transmit any information or any material which overloads the site by means of spamming or flooding or use any device, action, routine or software to delay, crash or otherwise impair the operation of this site. You will not attempt to decode, fragment, harvest or modify any software or coding or information on this site.

• You will not use this site for the primary purpose of gaining advertising, subscription revenue, redistribution of services or for activities that produce revenue similar to that of SYR.

• You agree not to launch without limitation any automated or that deemed to be  in excess of reasonable human capability, software that  may access the SYR Sell Yourself Recruitment website network.

• You are also fully responsible for ensuring that, prior to being submitted to this site, all information, data and files are free of viruses or other apparatus that may damage or interfere with any system or data. By registering your company details with SYR you are giving consent, without limitation to SYR, to check the authenticity of all registration details. SYR reserve the sole right and has absolute discretion to prevent you from using or accessing this site, or any services or hyperlinks associated with it, terminate your registration and with sole discretion delete any information supplied by you, immediately without prior notice, reason or explanation.

    • NOTE TO SUBSCRIBERS:Subscription is an annual fee (rolling twelve months) and is non-refundable.

    • All licences granted by candidates in submission of AVRP terminate when details are removed from the SYRgraduate site. (These do not undermine, without prejudice the candidate's ownership rights of the AVRP/s provided.)

• SYR accepts no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Site being temporarily unavailable for reasons of maintenance/improvement, or due to technical issues beyond our control.  We will change, suspend or discontinue any or all aspects/features of the Site at any time without prior notice. SYR will update these changes with new Terms of Use and post same onto the Site. You will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms of Use when you next use this site following any amendment.

SYR provides a mechanism of first contact between employer and candidate, however we do not make any warranty as to all terms and duration of employment obtained through this site.
